Date night with quinoa and shiitake and other delicious things.

Kelly made a really unique salad this evening. It was spinach with a red wine vinaigrette dressing, grilled shiitake mushrooms, feta, and hot quinoa. Result? A warm, filling, and fresh entree. We had it with a quinoa bread, too, and an '08 cab sauv that we had been saving for an at home date night. One of our best meals in recent history for sure!
