Leah, I'm very sad that you didn't eat cheese until you were twelve, but I'm glad you enjoy it now! (By the way, QFC is like our Kroger.) Oh, did you know that I met someone at the pool in the apartment complex where Catherine, Rachel and Summer used to live that worked at the mexican restaurant nearby and she said that white cheese sauce is just monterey jack heated with water! Now you can make it at home!

Jodie, I really like the drunken goat cheese as well! We went to the Purple Cafe in Woodinville for our last dating date night the week before our wedding and LOVED it as well as the flight of cheese and wine we had. I'm pretty pumped about SA! Maybe I'll have to buy some sort of video game player myself....

I didn't eat cheese until I was twelve years old. I refused. I tried it one day and discovered what all the fuss was about. Ever since, I've been trying to make up for twelve years of lost cheese consumption. I have to say my fave isn't fancy...good ole white cheese dip from any local Mexican themed restaurant!

If you should ever find yourself in Castelrotto, Italy, look for pepperonica cheese. Goes great on some fresh baked bread for a picnic in northern Italy. Bought cheese with pepperoni in it, in the US, but it never tastes quite the same.
