Hello, it’s me again, Jonathan, and I’m back with another in the series “photos of delicious foods my wife has made.” Thanks for tuning in. Today we’re going to talk about Polenta with Grilled Vegetables!
These are, effectively, vegetables that have been baked with a little oil and some spices in the oven. They’re served on a cake of polenta that’s had some cheese broiled on top and a light sauce made of red peppers blended with some herbs and spices.
And without further ado, here’s the magic:

I was in Connecticut last week throwing my bff Rachel’s baby shower! She is expecting her first in just a few weeks! We had a great time and it was wonderful to see her again! We don’t get to see each other much since we live far away! I love the website! You hubby is such a talented photographer! I’m jealous of his talent! =)
