It is... in a word... delicious... another thing you must try Kel is the roasted beets cubed with garbanzo beans, some fresh dill and lime. (of course I add a little black pepper to the mix) so fresh and so tasty!</description>

  Yum! That looks delicious. And what a clever way to use beets! I saw your picture and thought - I should definitely try that. Today is use up some summer squash day (if it turns out well I was thinking about posting the recipe on our blog and then I read yours and smiled)! Thanks for the genious idea of the CSA. I don&#039;t think I have ever eaten so many veggies!</description>
