Well, it’s been four weeks of family time and we have loved every minute of it, but today is the day for Jonathan to go back to work. It is with mixed feelings that we approach this week. I’m nervous about being at home with two little ones all day and excited for us to develop our own routine and daily way of living. We’ll miss Jonathan during the day, but I’m sure it will make it all the sweeter when he gets home each night. Honestly, it’s been challenging to adjust to life as a family of four. We’ve had meals delivered for supper for the last two weeks and sometimes it’s crazy for us to get food on the table that someone else has prepared! Yikes! We do, however, realize that this is a short period and the crazy is balanced with sweet toddler snuggles and baby cuddles. Here’s hoping that today is filled with more sweet snuggle and cuddle time than crazy, crying and whining time!
