After Jonathan picked me up from work tonight, we headed to the local branch of my favorite credit union and created a joint account! WHOO! It is exciting and makes me a little nervous-we are that much closer to becoming one….and yet, now he will know exactly how much I spend on lattes at the coffee shop and fancy spices at the grocery store. I guess it was bound to happen. It will be exciting for us to have both our names on checks and our own atm/debit cards!
And yes, we are just that cheesy. 
No, that’s just adorable. Mandrina and I have separate accounts PRECISELY because I don’t want to know how much she spends on lattes and spices. =]
Yes well, since we’re the sickeningly sweet couple who does everything together like grocery shop, I think we’ll be okay. AND we received two really sweet insulated coffee mugs as wedding shower gifts, so I’ll just need to drink more ‘homebrew’ yes, that will be the shake down I think!
Besides, if we didn’t have the joint account I don’t think I’d want Jonathan to pay for anything.
